Order cancellation

Conditions of withdrawal:

All products offered in the Kawasaki Sport Europe store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the European market. Products have a manufacturer's guarantee valid in Europe. Each time the conditions for the implementation of the warranty are specified in the warranty form issued by the guarantor. Usually the warranty period is 1,2, 5 or 10 years and any possible deviations from this rule are clearly indicated in the product description.

Always check that the packaging has not been damaged during transport before collecting the shipment from the post office or courier. In particular, pay attention to the condition of the tapes or seals stuck on the parcel. If the packaging of the consignment bears the signs of damage or if the seals (tapes) are broken you should not accept the consignment and in the presence of the courier make a damage report and contact the seller as soon as possible to clarify the matter. Checking the shipment on receipt is a necessary condition to take into account any claims of the Customer for damage or robbery in transport.

Any customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code and using the online store www.shop.kawasaki-sport.eu is entitled - under the provisions of law - to withdraw from the contract of purchase of goods (services), without giving any reason, within the period described below. Statement of withdrawal should be sent to the address:

Goods returned in this mode will be accepted only if they are in their original packaging and do not bear traces of use with their complete content (instructions, warranty, proof of purchase - invoice or receipt, etc.).

Return of goods does not include products in non-standard dimensions and prepared to order.

Deadline:
The right of withdrawal is granted to the consumer within a deadline of 14 days, which starts on the day the consumer receives the goods. The deadline is considered to be met if, before the deadline, the consumer sends a statement of withdrawal to the address given above.

Return of services:
In the case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided is returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary administration. The return should be made immediately, not later than within 14 days. Purchased goods must be returned to the following address:

The costs of return delivery of the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless the withdrawal was caused by the fact that PowerBad Wojciech Szkudlarczyk was even temporarily unable to fulfil the performance with the properties ordered by the consumer.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The consumer's right of withdrawal is excluded in case:

§ commencement - with the consumer's consent - of the provision of services by PowerBad Wojciech Szkudlarczyk before the expiry of the 14 day period from the conclusion of the contract;

§ goods (services) exceeding the standard offer of the shop, prepared on special order of the customer and tailored to his individual needs.
